Meeting Follow-up

Summarizes the call, drafts the follow-up, and turns commitments into tasks.

What this play does

After every meeting, Xoria reads the transcript from its own memory, grounds it in what it already knows about the account, and turns the conversation into action: the summary and commitments logged on the account, the follow-up email sent once you approve it, every commitment assigned as a task with a due date. HubSpot mirrors the update only when it's connected — nothing reaches the customer without you.

What a run leaves behind

  • A summary and next steps logged to Xoria's memory
  • The follow-up email, sent from your Gmail once you approve it
  • A task for every commitment, assigned with due dates
  • A report of what got done, what didn't, and why

Approval

It pauses, shows you exactly what it will do

Gated steps pause until the play's approver approves them. Nothing has been sent at that point, and the run keeps going even if you close the tab.

How it works

Starts from
Run now, on the meeting transcript you pick.
Reads
The meeting in Xoria's memory, and what Xoria already knows about the account.
Writes
A summary and the commitments on the account, and one task per commitment with an owner and a due date.
Waits for you
The follow-up email. The approver sees the exact email and approves or declines.
If HubSpot is connected
The deal is updated too, after approval. If it is not, the step is skipped.
Ends with
A report of what got done, what didn't, and why. The outcome records itself from the thread.

“Plays sell outcomes, not workflows. A play is a concrete revenue outcome: when this happens, do that, with these tools and these owners.”
