How it works

• Meeting transcripts land in Transcripts and in Xoria's memory.
• The Meeting Follow-up play is built on a Fireflies transcript: it summarizes the call, drafts the follow-up and files a task for every commitment.

Configure

Connect

Open Settings → Integrations in Xoria, choose Fireflies.ai, and sign in to it.

Who holds it

The connection is yours. Xoria reaches Fireflies.ai as you, for the things you ask it to do.

Reading

In Ask for approval, Xoria asks before it reads a private source. In Auto, reads run without asking.

Changing

Sending, posting or changing anything waits for your approval, in either mode. The approval shows exactly what will be done.

Disconnect

Disconnect it from the same page at any time.
