Terms of Service

The terms for using Xoria

These terms cover accounts, workspaces, AI features, subscriptions, acceptable use, and the usual legal boundaries for using Xoria.

Last updated: July 7, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Xoria, a team workspace and GTM execution product. By creating an account, joining a workspace, using the website, joining the waitlist, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Xoria for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for that organization. If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

2. The Service

Xoria provides workspace, collaboration, notification, subscription, and AI-assisted features. Some features may be in beta, experimental, limited by plan, or unavailable in certain locations or builds.

We may change, add, suspend, or remove features as we improve the product. We will try to avoid changes that materially harm active users without reasonable notice.

3. Accounts And Workspaces

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • Workspace owners and admins may invite or remove members, manage roles, approve requests, and configure workspace settings.
  • You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
  • You may not share accounts, impersonate another person, or access Xoria through another user's credentials.

4. Your Materials

You and your workspace keep ownership of what you choose to place in Xoria. You grant Xoria the limited rights needed to operate the product for you and your workspace.

You are responsible for having the rights needed to use those materials in Xoria. Do not use Xoria for highly regulated or unusually sensitive data unless we have agreed to that use in writing.

5. AI Features

Xoria's AI features can process your request and anything you choose to include. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation.

You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, sharing it, or using it to make decisions. Xoria is not a legal, financial, medical, tax, HR, or professional advisor.

6. Subscriptions And Purchases

Xoria may offer free and paid plans. Prices, limits, features, renewal periods, trials, taxes, and cancellation rules are shown at purchase or in the relevant app store or checkout flow.

Unless required by law or the purchase provider's rules, fees are non-refundable. You must cancel through the provider or channel where you purchased.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use Xoria for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or discriminatory activity.
  • Do not submit malware, exploit code, or material designed to damage systems or bypass security.
  • Do not attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with Xoria or its providers except as allowed by law or written permission.
  • Do not try to bypass plan limits, payment rules, access controls, workspace roles, or rate limits.
  • Do not use Xoria to violate someone else's privacy, intellectual property, contractual rights, or platform rules.

8. Third-Party Services

Xoria uses third-party services for things like hosting, analytics, crash reporting, payments, app stores, notifications, integrations, support, and AI infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

If you connect an integration or ask Xoria to send data to another service, you authorize that transfer and are responsible for the connected account and its permissions.

9. Security And Availability

We work to protect Xoria with reasonable technical and organizational measures. No service can be guaranteed perfectly secure or uninterrupted.

Because Xoria is evolving, the service may contain bugs, downtime, sync delays, incomplete features, or changing limits. Keep independent copies of critical information where appropriate.

10. Suspension And Termination

You may stop using Xoria at any time. You may also delete your account from the app where that feature is available, subject to shared spaces, backups, legal obligations, and provider records.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, caused harm to Xoria or others, or if required by law. We will try to give notice when reasonable.

11. Disclaimers

Xoria is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Xoria disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that Xoria will meet every requirement, preserve every item forever, or prevent every unauthorized access event. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so part of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Xoria will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Xoria's total liability for claims relating to the product is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Xoria in the three months before the claim or USD $100.

13. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as Xoria changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Your continued use of Xoria after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
