1. What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how the Xoria team handles information for Xoria, including the website, mobile app, private beta, waitlist, and support channels.

Xoria is built for teams. If you use Xoria through an organization or workspace, that workspace may control access, members, settings, billing, and related account activity.

2. Information Xoria Handles

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, profile details, sign-in method, and workspace membership.
  • App, device, and usage information, such as app version, device type, language preference, crash diagnostics, product analytics, and notification tokens if you enable push notifications.
  • Website, waitlist, and support information, such as email address, form submissions, page analytics, and messages you send to us.
  • AI requests, when you choose to use AI features.
  • Purchase information from app stores or payment providers. We do not receive your full payment card number.

3. App Permissions

Xoria asks for device permissions only when a feature needs them. For example, camera or photo access can support media features, microphone or speech access may support dictation, and push notification access lets Xoria send workspace alerts.

You can change device permissions in iOS settings. Some features may stop working if a required permission is disabled.

4. How We Use Information

  • To provide accounts, workspaces, collaboration, sync, notifications, support, and related product features.
  • To provide AI features when you choose to use them, including answers, drafts, and assistance.
  • To operate subscriptions, trials, plan limits, renewals, cancellations, and billing support.
  • To improve reliability, understand usage, fix bugs, protect users, prevent abuse, and keep Xoria secure.
  • To send service messages, product updates, waitlist messages, and support replies.

5. AI Processing

When you use Xoria's AI features, your request and anything you choose to include may be processed to generate the response.

We do not sell your personal information, and AI requests are not used to train Xoria-owned models. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect, so review them before relying on them.

6. How We Share Information

  • With people in your workspace, based on workspace roles, permissions, membership, and sharing settings.
  • With service providers that help us operate Xoria, such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, payments, app stores, notifications, support, and AI infrastructure.
  • With third-party integrations you connect or ask Xoria to use.
  • When required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, compliance, or business-transfer reasons.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for a collaborative product, including authenticated access, permission checks, and limited access to production systems.

Xoria is not marketed as end-to-end encrypted. No internet service is perfectly secure, so use strong credentials and invite only trusted people into your workspace.

8. Retention And Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Xoria, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups.

You may be able to delete your account in the app. Information tied to shared spaces may remain available to other members after your account is deleted. Some backup, payment, analytics, security, or legal records may remain for a limited period.

9. Your Choices And Rights

  • You can update profile and workspace settings in the app where controls are available.
  • You can delete certain conversations, notifications, or account items where those actions are available.
  • You can disable device permissions from your device settings.
  • You can request privacy help by contacting us at [email protected]. Your rights depend on where you live and may be subject to verification and legal exceptions.
  • You can unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails using the instructions in the email or by contacting us.

10. Children

Xoria is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Xoria, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

11. International Processing

Xoria and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Xoria changes. If an update is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating this page, sending a notice, or showing an in-product message.
