A lead is a contact
People nobody has worked yet. A lead keeps its history, and working it never uses it up.
Clients
Who the business works for, in one place: the people, the pipeline, the proposal they accept and the contract they sign.

Contacts and leads
Contacts is the one place for people and companies. Each record carries its details, its deals, what has happened, and what Xoria knows about that person from your meetings and email.

Features
People nobody has worked yet. A lead keeps its history, and working it never uses it up.
Notes, meetings and emails Xoria connects to a person show up on their record.
Import a CSV, sync HubSpot, or add someone Xoria already remembers with Add to CRM.
Archived leads are kept in full, and anything you archive can be restored.
Deals
Drag a deal to move it, and the weighted total at the top follows. A new workspace starts with the stages its kind of business uses.

Features
An agency, a consultancy, a design studio, a freelancer and a coach each start with their own pipeline. Rename, reorder and weight the stages from there.
Each stage carries a probability, so the board shows the weighted value of the open pipeline and how many deals are in it.
Proposals and estimates
Send a client a proposal or an estimate they can accept online. Start blank, from a template, or let Xoria draft one from a call.

Features
Pick a call or a client record. Xoria reads the source, prices the work, writes the sections and puts it together.
Drafts, awaiting response, accepted, declined and expired, each in its own group, with the amount still waiting on a client.
When Xoria suggests a price that was not in the source, the line is flagged so you check it before it goes out.
An accepted proposal converts to an invoice draft, with the lines the client agreed to.
Contracts and e-signature · Beta
Turn the accepted proposal into a contract your client signs online, without leaving Xoria. When everyone has signed, the PDF is sealed with a trusted timestamp and everyone gets a copy by email.

Features
The signer confirms their email with a 6-digit code, agrees to sign electronically, then types or draws a signature.
A public page verifies that a contract signed through Xoria is genuine and unaltered, with no account. The same checks can be repeated with standard tools.
Booking links
Share a link, let people pick a time that works, and the meeting lands on your calendar. Set your availability once and skip the back-and-forth.

Features
“Your GTM stack has ten systems of record. Xoria is the system of action — deals aren't lost in dashboards, they're lost to dropped follow-through, and Xoria runs the follow-through.”
