Overview

Read and summarize your personal inbox, then turn emails into tasks. Let Xoria read your mail and schedule, and turn both into work.

How it works

• Ask Xoria reads and summarizes your inbox once you allow the read.
• The Meeting Follow-up play writes the follow-up email and sends it from your Gmail after you approve the exact message.
• The Closed-Won Handoff play leaves the kickoff email in your drafts for you to send.

Configure

Connect

Open Settings → Integrations in Xoria, choose Gmail, and sign in to it.

Who holds it

The connection is yours. Xoria reaches Gmail as you, for the things you ask it to do.

Reading

In Ask for approval, Xoria asks before it reads a private source. In Auto, reads run without asking.

Changing

Sending, posting or changing anything waits for your approval, in either mode. The approval shows exactly what will be done.

Disconnect

Disconnect it from the same page at any time.
