Xoria vs Attio comes down to one question: do you need a better CRM, or do you need the CRM, the project and the invoice in one place? Attio is the stronger pure CRM. Its data model goes deeper, its enrichment is built in and its reporting goes further. Xoria is the better fit when the deal is only the start of the work, and when you want a flat price per workspace instead of a price per seat. Disclosure first: I'm Rafael, the founder of Xoria. I'll tell you where Attio wins, and it wins in real places.
The short answer
- Pick Attio if the CRM is the center of your company, you want to model your own objects and relationships, and you have someone who enjoys setting that up.
- Pick Xoria if you're a startup or agency where a closed deal turns into a proposal, a project and an invoice, and you're tired of copying the same client between four tools.
- Pick neither yet if you're two people with twenty contacts. A spreadsheet is fine for a month. Then come back.
That's the whole article in three lines. The rest is the detail you need to check me.
Xoria vs Attio pricing, as of 28 October 2026
Here are the numbers from each company's own page, read today.
Attio's pricing page lists, as of 28 October 2026:
- Free: $0, up to 3 seats.
- Plus: $44 per user a month billed monthly, or $35 billed yearly. Up to 10 seats.
- Pro: $99 per user a month billed monthly, or $79 billed yearly. Unlimited seats.
- Enterprise: custom, billed yearly.
AI and workflows run on credits. Plus includes 500 seat credits per user and 1,500 workspace credits a month. Pro includes 1,000 per user and 10,000 per workspace. Extra workspace credits start at $85 a month for 5,000 on monthly billing. There's a 14-day Pro trial, and Attio's startup program offers 80% off for eligible startups.
Xoria's pricing, as of 28 October 2026:
- Free: $0, no card, no time limit. Up to 2 members and 2,000 AI credits a month.
- Lite: $29.99 a month. Up to 5 members, 12,000 AI credits, adds finances and invoicing.
- Starter: $89.99 a month. Unlimited members, 40,000 AI credits, adds plays and automations, lead search and enrichment, API and MCP access. 15-day free trial.
- Pro: $269.99 a month. 120,000 AI credits, adds the full CRM with HubSpot sync and automatic lead import from Gmail and Outlook, advanced permissions and SAML single sign-on.
Yearly billing takes 10% off Lite and Starter and 15% off Pro.
The structural difference is the one that matters. Attio prices per seat. Xoria prices per workspace, with a member limit on the lower plans. So the gap depends on your headcount.
| Team | Attio, monthly billing | Xoria, monthly billing |
|---|---|---|
| 5 people, entry paid plan | Plus: $220 (5 × $44) | Lite: $29.99 |
| 5 people, automation plan | Pro: $495 (5 × $99) | Starter: $89.99 |
| 12 people | Pro: $1,188 (12 × $99, Plus stops at 10 seats) | Starter: $89.99 |
Two caveats, so this table doesn't lie by omission. First, these plans don't do the same job. Attio Pro buys you call intelligence, sequences and a much deeper CRM. Second, if you qualify for Attio's startup discount, the per-seat math changes a lot. Apply before you decide.
What Attio does better
I'd rather you hear this from me than find it in week three.
The data model. Attio lets you shape objects, attributes and relationships around how your business works. Plus gives you up to 5 objects, Pro up to 12, Enterprise unlimited. If you track investors, partners and customers as different things with different fields, Attio handles that more naturally than we do.
Enrichment and relationship data. Attio's pricing page lists company and people enrichment and communication intelligence: first and last interaction, connection strength, next calendar interaction. That's built into the record. It's genuinely useful for relationship-driven sales.
Reporting. Funnel reports, targets, historical attributes and time comparisons, with up to 100 reports on Pro. If your board asks for pipeline charts every month, Attio is ahead.
Scale and ecosystem. Up to 1,000,000 records on Pro, an App SDK, an MCP server, call intelligence and sequences. It's a mature CRM with a developer platform behind it.
If your problem is "I need a better CRM", that list is probably your answer.
What Xoria does better
Xoria isn't trying to out-CRM Attio. It's built around a different complaint: the CRM was fine, and everything after the deal was a mess.
The work after the yes. In Xoria the client record, the deal and the proposal sit next to the project, the tasks and the invoice. A client accepts a proposal online. The work becomes a project. The invoice goes out with a payment link, and card payments land in your own Stripe account. Attio's pricing page doesn't list projects or invoicing, so with Attio you'd add a project tool and an invoicing tool.
Booking links and a team calendar. They're part of the workspace, on the free plan too. One less scheduling subscription.
AI that asks first. Xoria's rule is that the AI drafts and a person approves before anything reaches a customer. It asks before reading a private source like your inbox, and before every change. Each approval is single-use and tied to the exact action, so "yes, send this email" can't quietly become "yes, send the next fifty". The Meeting Follow-up play summarizes the call, drafts the follow-up and turns commitments into tasks, and the email waits for you.
A flat price. At 12 people the table above speaks for itself. That's the trade: less depth in the CRM, a lot more in one bill.

Everything in the Attio column comes from attio.com/pricing as of 28 October 2026. "Not on the pricing page" means exactly that. Attio's marketplace may connect a tool that does it.
Who each one is for
Attio is for teams whose company runs through the CRM. Venture-style relationship work. Sales teams with a RevOps person. Technical founders who like building their own system and want it to scale to a big sales org without a migration.
Xoria is for small startups and agencies where the same five people sell, deliver and bill. The founder closes the deal on Tuesday, writes the proposal on Wednesday and chases the invoice three weeks later. For that team, the cost isn't the CRM. It's the glue between the CRM and everything else.
A quick test. Take your last real customer. Count how many tools their name lives in: CRM, proposal tool, project tracker, calendar, invoicing app. If it's one or two, Attio will make your CRM better. If it's four or five, your problem isn't the CRM.
What to do next
Run one real customer through both. Create the contact and the deal, send the proposal, start the work, send the invoice. Note where you had to leave the tool.
Then price your actual headcount for twelve months, not today's headcount.
If you land on Xoria, the free plan is $0 with no card for up to 2 members, so you can do that test without a sales call. It holds the CRM, proposals, projects and booking links in one workspace, and the AI waits for your approval before anything goes out. The plans and prices are all on one page. If you land on Attio, apply to their startup program first. I'd do the same.
