Best All-in-One CRM for Startups in 2026

Most startup CRM lists rank pipeline tools. This one asks what happens after the yes, and what each option costs a team of five once the seats add up.

The best all-in-one CRM for startups is the one that still works after the deal closes: the proposal, the kickoff, the invoice and the follow-up live next to the contact, and the price doesn't jump every time you hire. For most early teams that means one workspace priced for the team, not a sales CRM priced per seat with three tools bolted on. Disclosure first: I'm Rafael, the founder of Xoria, which is one of the tools in this space. I'll say where the others are stronger.

Why most startup CRM lists answer the wrong question

Search this and you get the same names. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, folk, Zoho, Salesforce. They're ranked on pipeline views, email sync, enrichment and automations.

That's fine if you have a sales team. Most startups don't. They have a founder who sells between product calls.

A founder doesn't lose deals because the pipeline view is ugly. They lose deals because the follow-up after a good call goes out three days late. Or because the proposal lives in a doc, the client lives in the CRM, the invoice lives in another app, and nobody connects them.

Five tools glued together with Zapier is a tax. It never shows up on an invoice. It shows up as a founder doing admin at 11pm, and a deal that went cold while you were copying an email address between tabs.

So the useful question isn't "which CRM has the best pipeline". It's "which tool lets a small team go from first call to paid invoice without retyping the customer".

What all-in-one should mean at a startup

Plenty of tools call themselves all-in-one. At a startup I'd hold them to five things:

  • One customer record. Contact, company, deal, proposal and invoice point at the same customer. Change it once.
  • Work next to the deal. When a deal closes, the project and tasks start from it, not from a fresh form.
  • Money in the same place. You can send an invoice with a payment link and see whether it was paid without leaving the tool.
  • Pricing that fits a team of five. Per-seat pricing is fine at two people. At five it decides which tool you can afford.
  • AI that drafts, and a person who approves. An assistant that writes the follow-up is useful. One that sends it to a customer without asking is a risk.

If a tool fails two of these, it isn't all-in-one for you. It's a CRM with a good marketing page.

The options, and what they charge

Prices below come from each vendor's own pricing page, as of 23 October 2026. They change often, so check before you buy.

ToolBuilt aroundFree planPaid entry point (as of 23 Oct 2026)
HubSpotSales and marketing CRMYes, up to 2 usersStarter from $7 to $20 a seat per month
AttioFlexible CRM data modelYes, up to 3 seatsPlus $35 to $44 a user per month
folkLightweight relationship CRMFree trialStandard $24 to $30 a member per month
XoriaCRM, projects and money in one workspaceYes, up to 2 membersLite $29.99 a month for up to 5 members

HubSpot. The strongest pure CRM here, with the biggest app ecosystem. HubSpot's pricing page lists a free plan for up to 2 users, Sales Hub Starter from $7 to $20 a seat per month depending on billing, and Professional from $90 to $100 a seat per month plus a required one-time $1,500 onboarding fee, as of 23 October 2026. Invoices are available on all products and plans, created from a contact, deal or quote. Where it's weaker for a startup: price once you need Professional features, and delivery. Most teams still run projects somewhere else. Pick it if marketing is a big part of how you grow.

Attio. The favourite of technical founding teams, and it earns it: the data model bends to your business instead of the other way round. Attio's pricing page lists a free plan for up to 3 seats, Plus at $44 a user per month monthly or $35 yearly, and Pro at $99 monthly or $79 yearly, with a startup program offering up to 80% off for eligible companies, as of 23 October 2026. It's a CRM, and a very good one. Projects and customer invoicing aren't on its pricing page, so plan for a second and third tool.

folk. Simple, fast to set up, good for a founder who sells through their network. folk's pricing page lists Standard at $24 a member per month billed yearly or $30 monthly, and Premium at $48 yearly, as of 23 October 2026. Deals and custom objects start on Premium. Light by design, which is the point and also the limit.

Run the math for a team of five on monthly billing. Attio Plus is 5 × $44, so $220 a month. folk Standard is 5 × $30, so $150 a month. HubSpot Professional is at least 5 × $100, so $500 a month, before the $1,500 onboarding. None of those numbers include a project tool or invoicing.

Best CRM with built-in invoicing for startups

"Has invoicing" covers a lot. A tool can technically create an invoice and still leave you exporting to a spreadsheet every month. When you trial one, run a real customer through it:

  1. Create the contact and the deal.
  2. Send the proposal or quote from the deal.
  3. Mark it accepted and send the invoice from the same record.
  4. Let the customer pay by card from a link.
  5. See that payment show up next to the deal, without opening Stripe.

Count every time you open a second tab. Five second tabs a week across a team of five is real time, and every one is a place where a number gets copied wrong.

Also check where the money lands. Some tools process payments themselves. Others connect to your own Stripe account, which keeps your payouts and records where they already are.

Best AI-powered CRM for founders: what to check

Every CRM on this list now has AI. HubSpot has agents and credits. Attio has Ask Attio and agents. The useful questions are narrower than the marketing:

  • Can it answer a question across everything? "Which deals haven't heard from us in two weeks?" is only useful if the answer includes the tasks and invoices too.
  • What does it do on its own? Read the docs for what sends automatically. Anything that reaches a customer should wait for a person.
  • Is every action tracked? You want a record of what the AI drafted, what waited for approval and who approved it.
  • How are credits counted? Several tools now meter AI in credits. Check the monthly allowance against what a normal week would use.

My view: the best AI in a startup CRM isn't the one that does the most. It's the one that drafts the follow-up within minutes of the call and makes you press approve. Slow follow-up loses more early deals than a weak product does.

Top integrated workspace tools for startups: how to choose

Short version:

  • You sell through marketing and content, and have budget: HubSpot.
  • You want a CRM you can model any way you like: Attio.
  • You're one or two founders selling through your network: folk.
  • You want the CRM, the projects and the invoices in one place, priced for the team: an all-in-one workspace.

Before you pick, write down three things you do every week that involve copying a customer's details from one tool to another. Whatever you choose should remove at least two of them. If it doesn't, you're buying a sixth tool, not replacing five.

Where Xoria fits

This is what I built Xoria for: one workspace a startup runs the company from. Clients holds contacts, companies, a leads inbox, the deal pipeline, proposals and estimates a customer accepts online, and booking links. Work holds projects, tasks, the team calendar and meeting transcripts. Money holds invoices with a payment link and card payments into your own Stripe account. Ask Xoria answers questions across all of it, and the AI drafts things like the follow-up after a call, then waits for a person to approve before anything reaches a customer. The free plan is $0 with no card, for up to 2 members; invoicing starts on Lite, and every plan is on the pricing page. It's younger than every other tool here, and HubSpot and Attio have far deeper CRM features.

What to do next: pick two tools from this list. Run one real customer through each, from first call to paid invoice. Keep the one where you typed the customer's name once.

  • pricing

Close the follow-through gap.
